Hiring for a Full Time Orthopedic and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Fall 2026
We are collecting resumes and beginning conversations, knowing that we are looking for a very specific person who truly embodies these qualities. We recognize that finding the right energetic and professional fit may take time, so the projected start date is Aug 2026.
We don’t believe this is just a job — we truly feel this is a movement that’s rewiring how people relate to their bodies, their nervous systems, and what’s actually possible for their health.
Job Summary:
Are you a physical therapist ready to move beyond the traditional PT model—tired of outdated methods, rushed visits, and surface-level care that doesn’t truly heal?
Do you want to treat patients with depth, blend Eastern and Western approaches, and actually make an impact—without burnout, chaos, or corporate energy?
At ResilientRx, we combine orthopedic and pelvic floor PT with nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, fascia and lymph work, and whole-person healing. We’re looking for a teammate who is all in. We are a niche clinic mainly working with people who have not found answers in the traditional healthcare and PT model. This includes people with chronic pain, PTSD, hypermobility, Ehlers Danlos, pelvic floor dysfunction and more.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, in-person position with hourly pay and the opportunity to opt into benefits after building and maintaining a consistent caseload. We’re a cash-based clinic offering 1:1 care for the entire visit. You’ll start part-time and gradually build up to a full schedule with full support and mentoring.
Compensation:
Hourly pay at $64/hr with $2.10 per note — total of $66.10/hr
Option for benefits (medical, CEU, PTO) after maintaining 28 patients/week for 12 consecutive weeks
Weekly mentoring + structured support Marketing + referral-building guidance
Energetic alignment prioritized — no rushing, no toxic hustle
Job Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience
- Valid Texas PT license
- Strong orthopedic foundation (at least 2 years)
- Pelvic floor experience required
- Comfortable building relationships and networking with referral partners
- Willing to participate in 2+ marketing meetups per week (especially early on to build caseload and connection—the more marketing you’re willing to do, the faster your schedule will fill)
- Willing to start part-time while building up to 32 patient hours/week
- (this may take up to a year, though may be much sooner)
- Open to weekly mentorship, collaboration, and feedback to understand the hypermobility, POTS, Ehlers Danlos, nervous system, fascia, lymph, full body awareness, and the pelvic floor.
We see this as a long-term role
While it may take up to a year to build a full caseload, the pace allows you to create a schedule that’s sustainable, not overwhelming. We prioritize intentional growth—rooted in alignment, nervous system regulation, and deep client relationships. You’ll be supported every step of the way with mentorship and a team based environment.
What We Value in a Physical Therapist:
We’re not just looking for someone who knows about this work—we’re looking for someone who lives it. Someone who embodies what they teach, tends to their own nervous system, and sees healing as a calling, not a job.
- Emotional presence – You show up grounded and attuned. Your energy regulates the room.
- Personal responsibility – You own your time, follow-through, and growth.
- Curiosity & integration – You’re excited to combine evidence-based care with nervous system, fascia, energy, and somatic work (or are willing to learn it)
- Clarity & communication – You speak directly, listen deeply, and don’t avoid hard conversations.
- Lifelong learning – You’re open to feedback and hungry for deeper skill.
- Consistency – You follow through and show up fully.
- Depth – You’re here to help people truly transform
Our Core Values:
- Empowerment
- Inclusivity
- Humility
- Mind-Body-Spirit Healing
- Team Collaboration
- Integrity in Action
Our Mission:
To transform the physical therapy experience by blending orthopedic and pelvic floor care with nervous system regulation, fascia and lymph integration, and trauma-informed, mind-body-spirit healing.
We exist to empower individuals to understand and trust their bodies, move with confidence, and reclaim ownership over their health—not just through recovery, but through deep, lasting transformation.
We embody this work in how we treat, communicate, and show up—creating a space where both patients and practitioners can thrive.
Who This Role Is Not For:
- Practitioners looking for a clock-in/clock-out job
- Anyone uncomfortable with marketing, networking, or growing a caseload intentionally
- Those who avoid direct communication or struggle with follow-through
- Anyone resistant to feedback, collaboration, or non-traditional approaches to healing
- Individuals who don’t understand or aren’t aligned with the initial time investment required to build a caseload gradually for the long-term benefit of a sustainable, full-practice model
- Anyone who is resistant to non-traditional health models
- If you have less than 2 years of clinical physical therapy experience
