What is the process?


1. Book a “15-minute consult” or a “New Client Appt”

Check out “what we help” and “how we help” at the menu above. 

15-minute Phone Consult:

Choose this if you are wanting to learn more about nutrition, PT, and our wellness services, but you’re not sure yet (this is the first step for nutrition services)

60-minute:

Choose this if you are new to us, or haven’t seen us in over a year. You can choose a 60 minute if you have 1-2 body areas, pessary fitting or for functional fitness. This includes treatment time. *Choose between the pelvic floor and orthopedic options. Note: pelvic floor sessions will include orthopedics as well.”

90-minute:

If you have 2+ body areas, have an extensive medical history requiring more time, pessary fitting, you want more treatment time. Also choose this if you want extended time during your functional fitness. *Choose between the pelvic floor and orthopedic options. Note: pelvic floor sessions will include orthopedics as well.”

All initial paid sessions (including the initial session) for physical therapy include treatments such as:  Nervous System Regulation, Movement Training, Manual Therapy and more.

If you’re not up for a 15-minute consult and would like to meet us in person first, you can book a complimentary 30-minute discovery visit


2. Choose Follow-Up Session Lengths

Choose this after your initial 60-90 minute evaluation.

30-minute:

These appointments are available after the initial evaluation and are perfect for those with more stable symptoms following subsequent treatments. They’re ideal for individuals who are short on time, need targeted care for a specific area, are working within a budget, or are seeking dry needling (PT only).

60-minute:

These sessions are versatile and tailored to your specific needs. They’re ideal for fitness progression, manual therapy, nervous system regulation, follow-up physical therapy appointments, or nutrition follow ups.

90-minute:

These sessions are ideal for follow-up appointments when you need extended time for personalized, in-depth care. With this additional time, we can address your unique needs through a combination of advanced treatments


3. Plan Your Time Investment:

Most people come once a week for PT and nutrition, & 1-2 times a week for foundational fitness


Physical Therapy

2–5 Sessions:

Focus on reducing pain and restoring mobility to get you moving comfortably again.

5–7 Sessions:

Enhance functional abilities and start progressing your fitness routine with confidence.

7–10 Sessions:

Fine-tune lingering symptoms, build resilience, and level up your fitness program.

10-14+ Sessions:

Perfect for ongoing fitness guidance, wellness services, maintaining peak performance, manual therapy tune-ups, nervous system guidance


Nutrition

After your initial 15-minute call, you’ll schedule follow-up 60-minute appointments with Cameron.

6 week program:

Designed for individuals who already have a solid foundation in understanding their diet but are looking for more fine-tuned guidance to optimize their nutrition and achieve their specific goals.

12-week program:

This program is perfect for individuals with minimal understanding of nutrition who are ready to take control of their health. Over 12 weeks, we focus on building foundational knowledge, developing practical skills, and implementing sustainable strategies for long-term success.


Foundational Fitness

*This service is only available with Dr. Arista*

2–5 Sessions:

Establish a strong foundation by improving mobility, addressing imbalances, improving exercise form, and developing efficient movement patterns.

5–7 Sessions:

Build functional strength and confidence while progressing your fitness routine to match your goals.

7–10 Sessions:

Fine-tune your form, enhance performance, and increase resilience as you reach new levels of fitness.

10-14+ Sessions:

This stage also includes personalized support for maintaining consistency, preventing plateaus, and incorporating recovery strategies to ensure you continue progressing sustainably.


4. Your Financial Investment

We take HSA, FSA, all credit cards and care credit (option to have 0% interest for 6 months). Best part, no surprise bills later!
