It is her passion to help people with vulvas live active lifestyles and have enjoyable sex without pain, fear or guilt.

She worked hard to overcome her own guilt, shame, pain and fear around sex due to the side effects from purity culture. She wants to help others do the same within the boundaries of their comfort levels.

Mary is also a cancer survivor as she underwent treatment in 2019 for Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. This experience has lead her to have a more of a mind-body approach in her PT practice, and in all aspects of life.

She enjoys hiking, exploring nature, practicing mindfulness, weightlifting, walking, stand-up comedy, playing the piano, having deep and meaningful conversations, and last but not least, playing with her dog, Ms. Maya Papaya Grimberg. Maya loves to snuggle, hike and is currently battling her struggles of misdirected aggression towards larger dogs.

Arista is extremely passionate about helping empower and teach people how to recover from injuries so that they can return to the activities that they love. She believes learning to move well is a critical skill that can improve everyone’s life, and it’s never too late to learn it.

When she’s not doing some sort of movement practice of her own, you’ll find her making art in her stained glass studio, meditating, or growing veggies on her and her partner’s homestead. Her favorite activities include rock climbing, mountain biking, tree-climbing, dancing, highlining, and studying under the Ido Portal movement method.

Cameron is originally from Texas. After graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, she moved to Australia for 5 years where she pursued her career in Nutrition and Fitness Coaching. She also worked as the practice manager for a physical therapy clinic. After several years of living by the beach and enjoying the Australian life, she has recently returned to Austin where she enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors with her dog Bronson, traveling, cooking, and helping people get healthy!
