FAQ

  • Our model allows you to be 1:1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the full treatment time. This means that we are out-of-network with all insurance plans but are able to provide you with a superbill to submit if you have out-of-network benefits. We also accept all major credit cards and FSA/HSA cards.
  • We prefer cash or check, but all forms of payment are accepted. This includes HSA and FSA cards!
  • We suggest wearing loose fitting clothing that allows the affected area to be assessed. Typically workout clothes are your best bet.
