We provide trauma-informed one-on-one physical therapy. We consider ourselves privileged to guide you along your health journey. We serve Austin, Westlake, Kyle, Bee Cave, Lakeway, Buda, Driftwood, Cedar Park, and Dripping Springs at our office in Westlake.
We aren’t the typical khaki and polo run of the mill physical therapy clinic.

Goals:
Dr. Mary is deeply passionate about supporting others in comprehending their pain and harnessing the mind-body connection to empower themselves beyond the confines of traditional Western medicine.
As someone who has a history complex PTSD and surviving Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2019, her journey has fueled a desire to help individuals take control of their symptoms and explore holistic approaches to healing. ResilientRx was built to be a safe haven for all people to truly get the care they deserve.
She enjoys hiking, exploring nature, practicing mindfulness, weightlifting, walking, stand-up comedy, playing the piano, having deep and meaningful conversations, and last but not least, playing with her dog, Ms. Maya Papaya Grimberg. Maya loves to snuggle, hike and is currently battling her struggles of misdirected aggression towards larger dogs.

Arista is extremely passionate about helping empower and teach people how to recover from injuries so that they can return to the activities that they love. She believes learning to move well is a critical skill that can improve everyone’s life, and it’s never too late to learn it.
About:
When she’s not doing some sort of movement practice of her own, you’ll find her making art in her stained glass studio, meditating, or growing veggies on her and her partner’s homestead. Her favorite activities include rock climbing, mountain biking, tree-climbing, dancing, highlining, and studying under the Ido Portal movement method.

Outside of work, Cameron enjoys weightlifting, yoga and anything that involves being outdoors with her husband and their dog, Bronson. She also loves hiking, skiing, and exploring new cultures through travel, cooking, and creating healthier versions of delicious recipes.

Do you take insurance?
Our model allows you to be 1:1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the full treatment time. This means that we are out-of-network with all insurance plans but are able to provide you with a superbill to submit if you have out-of-network benefits. We also accept all major credit cards and FSA/HSA cards.What payment forms do you accept?
We accept all debit and credit cards including FSA/HSA. We do not accept cash or check.What should I wear for my in-person visit?
We suggest wearing loose fitting clothing that allows the affected area to be assessed. Typically workout clothes are your best bet.
What are your prices?
We offer 30, 60 and 90 minute treatment options. Below are the rates per hour.

Do I need a referral for physical therapy?
You can be seen by a physical therapist without a referral for a limited time. Texas law requires a referral from a physician on file after 10-15 consecutive business days. If you need help obtaining one, let us know!
