Benefits of Pilates
Pilates is both a therapeutic and preventative exercise, perfect for anyone who wants a great workout or who is looking to recover from an injury. It brings awareness back to the breath and body, while strengthening muscles, starting in smaller areas that “normal” workouts don’t necessarily hit.
We also love Pilates because it can help you elongate your spine muscles and body as a whole, which can improve posture, reduce pain, strengthen muscles, and (of course!) improve mood.
Your pilates instructor works directly with the physical therapists to ensure you are on track for achieving your fitness goals.

As an ongoing learner, Amberly continues to dive into learning the topics of trauma healing through movement, nervous system support, & mind-body connection. Amberly is from North Carolina but has lived in New York, the DC area, southern Virginia, Kansas, & now Texas. She’s proud to call Texas home & enjoys connecting with her nature, community, husband, & cats (Avo & Cado).
